Bisphenol A (BPA), which is an endocrine-disrupting substance, often utilized as beverage and food packing material, it may accumulate in nutrition water sources, why important to monitor. In this study, for the determination of bisphenol A, electro-polymerization glutamic acid (GA) was performed on a pencil graphite electrode (PGE). The performance sensor (PGA/PGE) determining examined utilizing cyclic voltammetric (CV) differential pulse (DPV) methods. Electrochemical characterization process PGA/PGE carried out by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) CV morphological property investigated scanning electron microscopy (SEM). presence functional groups composition characterized Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). behavior BPA observed with bare PGE PGA/PGE. Based findings, response considerably raised With optimized parameters based findings from DPV, oxidation current linear concentration interval 1.0 100 μM (R=0.9992), detection limit found be 0.37 μM. Detection plastic bottled drinking sample using successfully, recoveries were range 89.3 104.7%. This strategy can provide several prospects electrochemically practical applications.
